About Us
History
In 2018, four existing Danbury Volunteer Fire Companies came together to discuss consolidating services in order to strengthen our ability to serve the community. The four organizations are Padanaram Hose Co. #3, Water Witch Hose Co. #7, Germantown Fire Department #10 and Beaver Brook Fire Department #11. The creation of this Battalion makes us the first new Danbury Volunteer Fire Department since 1951.

Are you interested in becoming a volunteer firefighter? Come on down to our Battalion Headquarters on 36 Germantown Road during a truck training night on Wednesday or Thursday nights to talk to an officer and learn how you can join.
